What we do
What we do
Clear Field offers guided psilocybin retreats for the curious. Grounded in neuroscience, designed with intention, and shaped around your specific goals and questions. From the first conversation through the ceremony to the integration after, every step is built around you.
Our first retreat is open to women identifying as such, October 1-4 in Heinkenszand, the Netherlands. Intimate by design, medically screened, and carefully held.
What participants say about us
I had really deep insights that stayed with me until now, months after my session.

Who this is for
Clear Field is for people who are curious about psychedelics but haven't found a safe, intentional way in yet. Perhaps you've explored therapy, meditation, or coaching and something still feels a little stuck. Or maybe you've simply been curious for a while and wanted the right people around you before taking that step.
You're not looking for a spiritual retreat, nor for a party. You want to understand what's happening to you, feel genuinely cared for, and come away with something that actually stays with you.
Whether it's your first time or not, you're welcome here.
Why choose Clear Field
Grounded in evidence
Every element of the experience is based on what the research actually shows: dose, set, setting, facilitation ratio, and integration timing. You understand what is happening to you, and why. That understanding is part of what makes it work.
Your work, designed to stick
A well-held psychedelic experience can shift personality traits, perspectives, and patterns that felt fixed for years. We learn your goals and questions before you arrive, and shape every part around them - preparation, ceremony, integration. Not a fixed program, but yours.
Safe to let go
Medical screening, trained facilitators, a vetted group, emergency protocols. The point of all of it is that you stop managing and start experiencing. When you know you are safe, you can actually go somewhere.
Who's behind Clear Field
Our Story
We started Clear Field out of genuine belief: that psychedelics, when approached with care and intention, can be one of the most meaningful experiences a person has. The research supports this, and so does our own experience.
What we kept running into, though, was how rarely that potential gets realised. People try it once without preparation and nothing sticks. Or the insight was there, but faded within a week. Many curious, thoughtful people never try at all, because the options don't fit: too spiritual on one end, too clinical on the other, and very little in between.
That's the gap we wanted to close. Clear Field combines the depth of ritual with the rigour of science: evidence-based protocols, proper screening, professional facilitation, and structured integration. The difference between a transformative experience and one that doesn't land is almost never the substance itself. It's the preparation, the setting, the people around you, and the care that follows. We built Clear Field to get that right.

I love going deep, I love learning, and I love hosting. Clear Field is all three at once. My first psychedelic experiences came quite late, and I was afraid of all the usual things. What I found when I finally went in changed something. I've spent years facilitating breathwork, watching what happens when the setting is right. That observation is what Clear Field is built on.

I've always been fascinated by what makes people thrive. Twelve years in Berlin's startup world, and the answer is always the same: the environment shapes everything. I've been organising retreats for years, watching what happens when you remove the noise. Clear Field is that belief taken as far as it can go.

As a medical practitioner, I know how much context shapes outcomes. Safety isn't a checklist. It's the quality of attention you bring, the preparation you invest in, and the care that follows. That's what I'm here to bring to Clear Field.
We host the experience in Heinkenszand, Netherlands. Far enough from everyday life to feel like a threshold, close enough to not be a logistical hassle. We arrange transport from Amsterdam Schiphol.

Where your work starts
Every step is shaped around your individual process.
Before you arrive, we want to know you. Your goals, your questions, what you're hoping to achieve. We review every application for medical and psychological fit, because the safer the container, the deeper you can go. That shapes everything that follows: the preparation, the ceremony, the integration after.

FAQ
Answers to the frequently asked questions
Clear Field is a psilocybin retreat for people who are curious about psychedelics and want to do it properly. We combine scientific rigour with intentional design: evidence-based protocols, medical screening, professional facilitation, and structured integration. Our first retreat is in October 2026 in the Netherlands, where psilocybin truffles are fully legal.
A screened group of 8 participants, plus three facilitators who are also the founders. Natalie Tillack leads breathwork and science communication. Vanessa Stock leads experience design and community. Lea Fikszler leads medical safety and program design. One facilitator for every three participants throughout the retreat.
The ceremony is guided but not prescriptive. We open with cacao and curated music, and from there your journey is your own. Within the ceremony space there are different areas: a space for those who want to journal, a quieter corner for those who want to focus inward and follow the music, and access to the outdoor space for those who want to walk or be in nature. You can move between them freely. One facilitator is always present and available.
Yes. Psilocybin truffles are legal in the Netherlands. Our retreats operate fully legally. No grey zones.
Safety is our foundation. We screen every participant medically and psychologically before the retreat. We maintain a 1:3 facilitator ratio throughout the ceremony. We use low doses for our founding retreat. Emergency protocols are in place and a hospital is within 30 minutes of the venue.
We do not accept participants with a personal or family history of psychosis or schizophrenia, those on certain medications (SSRIs, lithium, MAOIs), those with active suicidal ideation, or anyone under 21. If you are unsure, apply anyway and we will talk it through personally.
Yes. Many of our participants are first-timers. The entire retreat is designed to prepare you: intake call, prep workshop, dietary guidelines, intention setting. You arrive ready, not anxious.
Yes. Most people who have tried psychedelics did so recreationally or without preparation. A screened group, facilitated ceremony, and structured integration change everything. The container is what makes the difference.
Difficult experiences can happen, and they are often the most transformative. Our facilitators are trained to support you through challenging moments. The 1:3 ratio means someone is always present. The low dose for our founding retreat also significantly reduces intensity.
After your application is accepted, you will receive a prep call, an online preparation workshop, dietary guidelines, and an intention-setting exercise. You will also be introduced to the group before you arrive in person. We do 90 percent of the work before Day 1.
Two group calls: one at week 1 (how are you landing?) and one at week 4 (what stuck, what changed, what emerged?). Optional 1:1 integration sessions are also available. The retreat does not end on Day 4.
Accommodation in a private room with ensuite bathroom, all meals, psilocybin truffles, facilitation, breathwork sessions, cacao ceremony, massage on integration day, and two post-retreat group calls. Transport from Amsterdam Schiphol is coordinated at set times.
Travel to the Netherlands. Everything else is covered.
You can both apply separately. We screen for group fit and cannot guarantee the same cohort, but if you both pass screening and space allows, we will try to place you together.
Fill out the short form on our contact page. We read every application personally and respond within a week. If we think it is a good fit, we will invite you to a brief screening call before confirming your place. Not ready to apply yet? You can book a free 15-minute call with us first, or join our waitlist for future retreats.
