1. Who we are Clear Field is a retreat company based in Berlin, Germany. We operate retreats in the Netherlands. Contact: clearfield.studio@protonmail.com. For GDPR purposes, Clear Field is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and our application process.
2. What data we collect and why
Application form data: Name, email, and your application responses. Used to assess your application and communicate with you. Legal basis: legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Waitlist sign-up: Email address to send retreat updates. Unsubscribe anytime. Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Health-related information: During screening we may ask about medication history or prior psychedelic experience. This is special category data. We collect it only to assess whether participation is safe for you. Legal basis: explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR).
Analytics: We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless and collects no personal data.
3. How long we keep your data Application data: 12 months after the retreat, then deleted. Waitlist: until you unsubscribe. Health screening data: deleted within 30 days of the retreat, or immediately if unsuccessful.
4. Who we share your data with We do not sell your data. Tools we use: Framer (hosting), Protonmail (email), Mailchimp (email), Cal.com (calls). All GDPR-compliant.
5. Your rights Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact clearfield.studio@protonmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
